PuzzleZone - Unblocked Browser Games Hub

Overview

PuzzleZone started from a simple idea: to create a clean, accessible hub for playing unblocked browser games anywhere — at school, at work, or at home.

The site is designed as a lightweight, easy-to-browse destination where you can quickly jump into casual games without complicated setup.

How the Project Started

PuzzleZone was built as a learning project in collaboration with ChatGPT. With AI guidance, I learned how to structure a modern web app, write React and Next.js code, and refine the UI step by step.

Features such as the fixed navbar, search, and category filtering were iterated through many small improvements and late-night debugging sessions.

Content Sources & Growth

  • The first wave of games came from open-source projects on GitHub — small, creative indie titles shared by developers around the world.
  • Over time, PuzzleZone expanded by integrating HTML5 games from online distributors and publishers, using batch import to add hundreds of titles efficiently.
  • Today the site hosts 300+ games across genres such as puzzle, action, racing, and strategy, making it a convenient entry point for quick play sessions.

Future & Collaboration

Most games on PuzzleZone are designed for short bursts of fun, but the project itself is still growing piece by piece — game by game.

I actively look for new distribution partners and independent creators. If you know a great source of browser games or want to share your own, I would love to hear from you.

To try the games yourself, please visit the PuzzleZone website.
